Business Writing for Results offers both public and private, in-house seminars.
We offer both the standard Business Writing For Results Seminar as well as a Written Customer Service Excellence Seminar, geared for customer service employees.
The standard business writing seminar can be delivered as a condensed half day or one-day workshop or as a more complete two-day seminar.
The Customer Service seminar is a powerful one-day workshop.
All seminars are custom designed to best meet participants’ training needs. We review and critique participants’ writing samples and offer personal feedback during the course. Participants receive a comprehensive training manual and are encouraged to contact the instructors, without charge, after the seminar.
Business Writing for Results – Half day or One-day seminar
In this course, participants learn the basics of effective business writing. We teach how to write clearly, concisely, courteously, concretely and correctly. Throughout the course, participants apply these principles to their own writing samples.
Business Writing for Results – Two-day seminar
In this course, participants acquire in-depth knowledge of the essentials of effective business writing. Participants leave with a thorough understanding of key business writing principles and how to immediately apply them to their everyday work.
Written Customer Service Excellence seminar – One-day seminar
This powerful one-day seminar trains customer service representatives to develop better business writing skills. It was designed specially for companies whose employees regularly write emails or customer letters.
